We have recreated a corner of Bavaria in the centre of Trieste: the pieces of furniture, the music, the traditional costumes and, above all, the beer and the food.
It would be easy to list our traditional specialties cooked on lava stone grill or to describe our original and inimitable beers tapped in the German style. But Kapuziner is much more than this: it is music, dancing, singing, folklore evenings, games and events. A small fragment of Germany, reconstructed for you a few footsteps from your home.
It would not be a real Bavarian restaurant if our dishes were not accompanied by the most renowned and ancient beers of Munich, rigorously tapped according to the German style. Sip one of our red double malt beers while tasting one of our homemade first courses, or accompany the fullness of a main course with a soft black beer with a sweet and delicate taste.
